Job summary

K2 STRATEGIC is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to manage full-cycle AP in Kuala Lumpur. You will process invoices, match to POs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role requires at least a degree in accounting and 3 years of AP experience, with Excel and SAP proficiency advantageous. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or recognised professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience; AP used.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience beneficial.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with proper posting and approval.
• Match invoices to PO and receiving documents to verify accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receiving reports.
• Process employee reimbursement claims per policies.
• Ensure timely payment; respond to vendor payment inquiries.
