Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; 3 years of experience required.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
• Full knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.
• MS Office Suite including Excel and integrated systems (e.g., JDE).

Responsibilities

• Ensure AP invoice processing complies with global and supplemental policies and reviewed in time.
• Verify supporting documents for GR/IR and process accordingly.
• Payment clearing to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Provide moderately complex accounts payable analysis including supplier data accuracy.
