Season Confectionary and Bakery in Malaysia seeks an accounting assistant to handle journal entries, audits, and tax schedules. The role requires updating cash/bank records, processing customer invoices, and managing supplier payments, with a focus on intercompany reconciliation and meticulous record keeping.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in accounting and has about 1 year of GL experience, with duties spanning general accounting tasks and document filing to support entries.

Qualificações

• Diploma in accounting required.
• 1 year working experience in GL preferred.
• Experience with journal entries, invoicing and reconciliations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare journal entry, audit and tax schedule
• Update cash and bank record and reconciliation
• Issue customers invoices, update suppliers' invoices and prepare supplier payment
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Perform other general accounting duties where assigned
