Job summary

BABA ECO GROUP BHD is seeking an Account Executive to join the Finance team in Malaysia. The role supports day-to-day accounting and financial operations, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

Fresh graduates with a strong accounting background are encouraged to apply, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include payroll processing for Operators, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and assisting with monthly management accounts and year-end statements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting background encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial accounting functions including AP/AR.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry into the system.
• Process monthly payroll for Operators with salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, and related payments.
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and related accounting documents.
• Ensure accounting transactions comply with policies, standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist with SST, tax matters, audit requirements, and regulatory submissions.
• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance operations and ad hoc duties.
