Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, ACCA, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, tax, or reporting.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and tax principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with accounting systems and numbers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle data entry and reporting using the accounting / ERP system (Odoo).
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation and asset verification.
• Support SST and other statutory tax submissions.
• Assist in preparations of documents and schedules for audits.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Support process improvements and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
