Job summary

Allied Group Property Services Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an Accounts Executive to manage the full accounting cycle for assigned properties, including timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. You will prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and management reports to support property portfolios.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for assigned properties.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and related documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections and variance analyses.
• Assist in coordinating with auditors, tax agents and stakeholders.
