Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an Accounts Executive (open to fresh graduates) to support our finance team in Shah Alam. You will assist in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), process payroll, and ensure timely settlements.

You should have a diploma in accounting or related field, 2–3 years familiarity or willingness to learn, and knowledge of Autocount or similar software. This role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing/trading environments and exposure to statutory

• Diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
• Knowledge of Autocount or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and e-invoicing.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Company Background:Specializing in the processing of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables for the retail and foodservice sectors

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
• Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions using Payroll Software.
• Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Monitor and managing e-invoicing
• Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 -3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and also e-invoicing.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
