Job summary

DASHENG MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Executive/Junior Accounts Executive to join our Klang, Selangor finance team.

The role covers full sets of accounts, monthly closing, audit liaison, tax matters and financial reporting deadlines, with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. You should have a degree or diploma in accounting, 2–5 years of experience, proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, and good communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting or finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, audit, tax, cash flow, and monthly closing.

• Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & General Ledger preparation.
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records.

• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and analysis.
• Knowledge in SQL will be more favorable.

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team at DASHENG MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and providing administrative support to the accounting department.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for handling full sets of accounts, audit, tax, cash flow, and all finance related monthly closing

Liaison with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and tax matters.

Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & General Ledger preparation.

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records

Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

Providing support to the finance team with various accounting tasks

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and analysis

Knowledge in SQL will be more favorable.
