Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle full-set accounts, perform month-end closing, and ensure SST and e-Invoice compliance. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced IT retail environment.

You will manage AR/AP and intercompany transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, and support audits. A degree in accounting and 1–3 years' experience are preferred; proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• 1–3 years of full-set accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SST and LHDN e-Invoice requirements.
• Good Excel and accounting system skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts up to trial balance.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Manage AR/AP and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare SST and support tax and audit matters.
• Ensure compliance with LHDN e-Invoice requirements.
