Job summary

GM Klang Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle the full set of accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

You will assist monthly reporting, budget coordination, and auditing, while managing day-to-day operations of the accounts department. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Based in Klang, you will contribute to financial planning and provide accurate accounting support to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; developer/auditing background preferred.
• Proficient with KPA accounting system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts in line with internal controls and policy.
• Assist monthly reporting and financial close processes.
• Coordinate and prepare budgets/projections and audits.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
