Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join GREEN WELLNESS (M) SDN BHD in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential accounting support to the business.

What you'll be doing

Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including account payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining the general ledger

Preparing monthly financial reports and statements

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required

Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Generate, submit, and reconcile e-invoices as per statutory compliance

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role

Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in using SQL Accounting software

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Good time management and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
