Job summary

MATCHLINK SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and update transactions in alignment with property development activities in Malaysia.

You will monitor bank and HDA accounts, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and assist auditors during audits. Candidates should have 3–4 years’ relevant experience in property development or construction and solid MS Office skills, including Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience preferably with Property Development / Construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel) and experience with property accounting software.
• Strong sense of accounting principles.
• Experience and knowledge in HDA Act.
• Knowledge in property development accounts / Withdrawal of HDA acc / stage billing for HDA will be an added advantage.
