Job summary

PV Environment Equipment Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Accounts Executive in Johor Bahru (Iskandar Puteri). Responsibilities include preparing invoices, handling full set of accounts, payroll calculations, tax reports, AR/AP, and liaising with auditors. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and MYOB is required.

Must be Malaysian and female with own transport. Language requirements: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Salary ranges from RM 2,200 to RM 3,500 per month with benefits including medical insurance

Job description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and submit invoices (based on PO/JO)
2. Assist with general office administration (filing, correspondence, etc.)
3. Handle full set of accounts
4. Manage corporate tax matters
5. Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and pro-rata where necessary
6. Prepare tax reports upon request
7. Liaise with auditors and tax agents
8. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
9. Prepare accounting summaries and reports

Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel or LibreOffice
• Familiar with accounting software such as MYOB
