Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an Accounts Executive based in Damansara to support daily finance operations. The role involves processing vendor payments, reimbursements, invoicing, and financial reporting.

The candidate will perform bank reconciliations, assist budgets and cashflow monitoring, and work with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and D365.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation and cashbook balance verification.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and cashflow monitoring.

Job description

We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for an Accounts Executive to be based in Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements & claims
• Client billings/invoicing
• Ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)
• Bank reconciliation. Ensure that the bank balances of the cashbooks) and the online bank balance(s) tally
• Ensure that claims are processed and paid within the stipulated timeframe
• Assist with the preparation of the budget, forecasts and cashflow monitoring
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and time submissions
• Ensure best practices and compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulation
• Maintenance of employee leave records and other relevant employee listings
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in written and conversational English
• Proficient in SQL and D365
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (7:30AM to 4:00PM - flexible)
• Travel allowance provided

• Office is near to Phileo Damansara MRT station
