Job summary

VG Offshore Containers International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Klang, Malaysia to manage the full set of accounts, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and accounts receivable management. You will liaise with banks, auditors, company secretary and suppliers, and prepare documentation for loan applications or renewals.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a diploma or equivalent in accounting, and be familiar with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent.
• Familiar with ERP System and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretary and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit documentation for loan applications or renewals.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are provided by the 15th of the month.

Job description

Handle full set of accounts, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and accounts receivable management. Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretary and suppliers. Prepare and submit documentation and reports for loan applications or renewals.

Key responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts

Prepare and submit documentations and reports for loan application or renewal purposes

Responsible for Accounts Receivable

Ensure that monthly financial statements are provided by the 15th of the month

Ensure that Fixed Asset register schedule is maintained on a monthly basis

Ensure that depreciation is charged out on monthly basis

Ensure that bank statements, creditors and debtors' statements are reconciled on monthly basis

Perform administrative functions of the company such as filing, mailing, compiling data and other ad hoc tasks

About you

Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

Familiar with ERP System

Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

Show good self-initiative, resourceful and able to work independently
