Job summary

C-Pak Cergas Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, is seeking an Accounts/Cost Executive to manage ledgers, cost accounting, and inventory controls. The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or professional qualification in accounting, with ERP and MS Office proficiency, and a bias for accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accountancy/finance.
• Independent, team player with good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Familiar with ERP systems and MS Office; costing/manufacturing accounting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers with timely and accurate posting in ERP.
• Produce and submit monthly department sales, tooling and production reports.
• Maintain CAPEX, fixed asset listing and verification.
• Handle cost accounting and inventory accounting incl. stock count reconciliation and valuation.
• Identify variances against business plan to drive corrective actions.

Accounts/Cost ExecutiveC-Pak Cergas Sdn BhdSenawang, Negeri Sembilan, MalaysiaSepenuh masa•lain-lain•Perakaunan / Audit2 tahun pengalaman kerjaDipos pada 1 hari yang lepas**Responsibilities:*** Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers including verifying, allocating and posting accounting entries into ERP system timely and accurately.* Responsible for producing and submission of monthly department sales, tooling and production reports, including analyzing product line’s actual performance compared to the business plans.* Maintain up-to-date CAPEX, Fixed Asset Listing and Fixed asset verification.* Responsible for Cost Accounting functions and Inventory Accounting, including managing inventory stock count reconciliation and inventory valuation.* Maintaining the factories’ product and standard costing, ensure timely identification of variances to business plan to be able to drive the correct behaviors to achieve financial objectives.* Liaise with auditors, tax agent, etc on account closing and audit matters.* Support on the timely submission of accurate financial reports, analysis, financial statements, and compliance with appropriate company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.* Work and collaborate with cross functions teams on finance and costing matters.* Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the Management.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Qualification in Accountancy/Finance.* Independent and able to work well in a team environment, possess good interpersonal skills.* High learning adaptability and ability to deliver results within tight timelines.* Possess good accounting knowledge.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Working experiences in integrated real-time ERP systems.* Candidates with costing and manufacturing accounting would be an added advantage.**Perks & Benefits*** Medical insurance* Personal development opportunities
