Job summary

Clarich Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Associate to join our accounting team and support day-to-day client accounting work. You will help maintain books, prepare schedules and assist with month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role suits Diploma or Degree graduates in accounting or finance, with exposure to Excel and accounting software, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; relevant experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and bookkeeping for assigned clients.
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliation and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents.
• Prepare draft financial statements and management accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with clients to obtain accounting information and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding information and accounting matters.
• Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and according to deadlines.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
