• Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, bank reconciliation and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor branch collections.
• Support monthly sales and after sales closing.
• Ensure sales, costs, discounts, and expenses are accurately recorded in accounting system.
• Process customer refunds for overpayments and outstanding credit balances.
• Monitor cash and credit card collections from branches.
• Prepare collection reports and follow up on unidentified or uncredited transactions.
• Manage cheque book preparation, issuance, activation, and monitoring.
• Monitor ageing balances and coordinate account clean-up activities.
• Assist with audit documentation, filing, and other finance-related assignments.
