Nala Groups in Kepong, KL is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily financial operations. The role involves preparing monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

The ideal candidate can start fresh or with 1–2 years of experience, holding SPM or Diploma. The position runs Monday to Friday, with a competitive package up to RM3,500 and benefits including EPF, SOCSO and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate accepted.
• Min SPM / Diploma or 1-2 years of experience.
• Willing to provide support including weekends/public holidays in special circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounting report including cash flow & analysis.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Check, validate and match documents and maintain proper filing.
• Maintain employee database records.
• Responsible for AR, AP, General Accounting tasks and daily accounting functions.
• Manage petty cash and staff claims.
• Maintain filing system per head office guidelines.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Implement basic accounting controls.
