Fresh fruit world sdn bhd is seeking an organized accounting professional to reconcile daily outlet sales and payments, verify invoices, and maintain AP/AR records across multiple outlets.

You will assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and audit documentation. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with a Diploma in Accounting or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge including AP and AR processes.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to handle both AP and AR duties.
• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Accounting experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with AutoCount or similar software (preferred).
• Experience in retail accounting or reconciliation for multiple outlets (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Reconcile daily outlet sales and collections against POS reports and bank slips.
• Follow up with outlet staff on collection discrepancies and missing documents.
• Verify and enter supplier invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding differences.
• Prepare payment vouchers with supporting documents for approval.
• Maintain accurate AP and AR records and assist with year-end closing and audits.

Reconcile daily outlet sales and collections against POS reports, bank slip, card payments and e-wallet settlements.

Follow up with outlet staff on collection discrepancies and missing documents.

Verify and enter supplier invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding differences.

Prepare payment vouchers with complete supporting documents for approval.

Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Assist with bank reconciliation, month‑end closing and audit documentation.

Maintain organised accounting records and filing.

About you

Basic accounting knowledge, including AP and AR processes.
