Job summary

MXM International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily bookkeeping, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.

Candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma in LCCI or equivalent, at least 1 year of accounting experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with USB accounting is a plus. This role offers a hands-on environment within a growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in LCCI or equivalent in Bookkeeping/Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Initiative and responsible, mature, proactive and result-oriented.
• USB accounting system proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check forms and ensure payment received from customer is correct.
• Submit EPP form to bank on time and follow up with bank for settlement.
• Key in credit card info into system.
• Bank reconciliation for cash, cheques and online payment transactions.
• Ensure forms are filed on time and systematically.
