Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent finance associate in Kuala Lumpur to join our accounting team. You will assist in recording daily transactions and maintaining precise financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and preparing monthly reports and budgets.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Assist in recording daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support the Finance team in managing the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
Perform bank, supplier, customer, and General Ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and organise accounting documents, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting records for proper filing.
Assist in coordinating internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and compiling supporting documents.
Support the preparation of statutory reports and other finance-related documentation.
Ensure accounting records and financial documents are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for finance-related matters.
Perform other finance, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
