Job summary

NZ Frozen Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized Accounts and Admin Executive to join our Tampoi, Johor team. The role oversees the Accounts and Administration Team and ensures timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial records.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in accounts, finance, or administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounts, finance, or administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with FMCG/manufacturing distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Accounts and Administration Team.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payments.
• Monitor AR and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
