Job summary

YEOW JIH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Cum Administrative Executive to support our accounting and daily administrative operations in Negeri Sembilan.

The role requires hands-on experience with full set of accounts, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. You will liaise with suppliers and customers while ensuring accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in a manufacturing or SME environment is an advantage.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and financial statements.
• Handle full set of accounts, where required.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support smooth operations.
• Carry out other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
