Job summary

YEOW JIH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Cum Administrative Executive to support our accounting and daily administrative operations.

The role requires 5 years of accounting experience, the ability to handle a full set of accounts, and proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Multilingual communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will help liaise with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience; manufacturing/ SME background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and financial statements.
• Handle full set of accounts when required.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to support operations.
• Carry out other accounting/administrative tasks as assigned.
