Job summary

McCollum Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting Admin / Assistant / Fresh Graduate in Kuala Lumpur to support financial operations.

This role handles the full set of accounts, month-end close, data entry, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation, with opportunities to work directly with auditors. Fresh graduates fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin are encouraged to apply.

Strong Excel and Office skills are desired; immediate start is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage month-end closing and related accruals and prepayments.
• Data entry and updating accounting records promptly.
• Ensure timely payments and adherence to deadlines.
• Reconcile collections and payments up to date.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed.
• Liaise with auditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
