Job summary

AS White Global is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to join a collaborative finance team. You will handle inventory accounting, match POs and invoices, process AP, and maintain records in SAP—supporting month-end close, audits, and tax requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in AP, and strong Traditional Chinese language skills for overseas clients. The role offers a stable, multinational environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related courses.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in AP.
• Good reading and writing skills in Traditional Chinese to manage overseas clients.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, inventory-related transactions, and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory accounting and full-set accounting activities.
• Match POs and invoices to verify quantities, descriptions, and pricing.
• Process and verify AP invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
• Resolve supplier discrepancies and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and fixed asset records in SAP.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, reporting, audits, and tax requirements.
• Assist with system implementation, process improvements, and ad hoc tasks.
