Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking an Accounting Executive to support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle invoices, deposits, reconciliations, and month-end tasks with accuracy.

The role requires an associate degree in accounting and 1–2 years of experience; proficiency in Excel and AutoCount is a plus, with an emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with AutoCount is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices with accurate recording and timely payment.
• Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support accounts receivable by generating invoices and tracking payments.
• Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documents.
• Assist in annual audit preparation and provide support as needed.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
