Job summary

Horizon Construction Overseas (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to manage the full set of accounts and oversee monthly closings, producing key financial statements including the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. The role supports management reporting and basic analyses to inform decisions.

The candidate will perform cost analyses, assist in audits and documentation, and contribute to project work and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree majoring in Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for handling full set accounts and monthly account updates.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing.
• Support management reporting and basic financial analysis.
• Perform cost analysis to support business decision-making.
• Assist in audit, documentation and finance-related coordination.
