You will assist with daily accounting tasks, invoicing and payment processing, data entry, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing under guidance from an experienced finance team, while applying your academic knowledge in a professional, supportive environment that fosters learning and

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Support preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in verifying financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Perform basic bank reconciliation and assist in checking financial records.
• Organise and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist the finance team with monthly closing and other accounting-related tasks.
