Job summary

Yk International Network Sdn Bhd is offering an accounting internship aimed at students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. You will assist with invoice reconciliation, expense reporting, reimbursement processing, and bank record preparation.

The role involves entering transactions into the accounting system, maintaining records, and supporting audits. Strong Excel skills and teamwork are expected; English and Mandarin are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL) is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing and updating expense reports.
• Support the processing of reimbursement claims and payment records.
• Assist in preparing bank transaction records and financial documents.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately.
• Maintain digital and physical accounting records and filing.
• Assist in issuing invoices and preparing documents for audits.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
