Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Only final-year accounting students will be considered.
• Must have CGPA of at least 3.00.
• Strong interest in accounting, finance and auditing.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparation, processing and filing of accounting and financial documents.
• Support AP and AR functions, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Assist in verifying supplier invoices, expense claims and payment docs.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with audit preparations, including compiling documents and schedules.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information in the system.
• Provide administrative support to the Niche Finance team as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
