Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Auto Count, QnE, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and write in Chinese will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Financial Records: Maintain accurate and organized financial records by documenting daily transactions with precision.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate, verify, and process invoices to ensure smooth financial tracking.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to align financial records.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing financial documents for internal and external audits.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Create clear and comprehensive financial statements for analysis and reporting.
• Group Management Reporting: Deliver critical financial insights for key management decisions.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
