Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in filing and maintaining financial documents, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting records.
• Assist in data entry and updating accounting records using SQL Accounting.
• Assist in checking and matching invoices, receipts, purchase orders and payment documents.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation and bank-related documents.
• Assist in organising documents for monthly accounts, audit and tax purposes.
• Assist the Finance Department with general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
