Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting assistant to handle daily data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks at our Selama, Perak office. You will support month‑end closing and help prepare financial reports, while maintaining organized records and responding to auditors and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or pursuing ACCA / equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry of financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and other departments as needed
