TENLEAD BIOTECH INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate accounting operations. The role involves handling daily functions, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end and year-end closures.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, including fresh graduates or interns, and is detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude. Independent work style with teamwork is valued.

• Fresh graduates with Accounting or Finance internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience are also welcome.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS or Xero) is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, you'll support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.

Education
