Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a senior finance professional who can lead a team on large-scale projects and guide cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You will develop project plans, dashboards and management reports, support auditors with documentation, and apply strong analytical and communication skills in English. This role also requires mentoring others, strong time management, and partnering with senior management to identify issues and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably in an accounting firm or multinational.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Oracle and SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities with multitasking.
• Advanced oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage large-scale projects.
• Guide cross-functional initiatives beyond own department.
• Develop project plans and schedules with requirements, tasks, resources, milestones and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports.
• Assist auditors by providing supporting documents.
• Analyze and prepare financial reports for leadership, identifying issues and trends.
• Develop models and designs reports; gather information from systems.
