Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting leader to manage large-scale projects and teams. The role emphasizes financial reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional guidance across departments.

The candidate will develop project plans, prepare management reports, and support auditors with necessary documents, while delivering insightful financial analyses to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in an accounting firm or MNC.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle & SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Advanced oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans and schedules, including requirements and milestones.
• Prepares dashboards and management reporting for leadership.
• Analyses and prepares financial reports and identifies issues/trends.
• Develops models and designs reports by gathering information from systems.
• Assists Auditors by providing requisite supporting documents.
