A leading watch distributor is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will handle daily billing, manage sales reports, and assist with administrative tasks. A minimum SPM qualification is required, with one year of experience preferred but training is provided for fresh graduates. Job description

• Perform day-to-day billing, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• E-Invoice submission and compliance.
• Manage and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of sales reports.
• Generate daily receipting and reports.
• Maintain filing system.
• Assist in other administrative functions.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM and above.
• One (1) year of working experience in a related field. SPM school leavers without work experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Computer literate with knowledge of basic MS Office - Excel & Word.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and accounts receivable management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Effective communication skills, good time management, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
