Job summary

Hershey Company in Malaysia (Johor) is seeking an Accountant to support e-invoicing compliance and financial reporting across multiple entities. You will coordinate regulatory compliance, close processes, and audit support while partnering with shared service teams and external advisors.

The role requires hands-on experience with e-invoicing and SAP/S4, and a strong focus on controls, data quality, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in e-invoicing compliance is required.
• Experience in multinational corporations, manufacturing, or shared services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end e-invoicing across multiple legal entities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile e-invoice data from SAP and other systems.
• Submit e-invoices through middleware; monitor status and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain e-invoice documentation, audit trails, and schedules for compliance and audits.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and management reporting.
