Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a 12-month contract professional to support SAP S4 user acceptance testing, and to design and implement solutions that align with local statutory processes and global SAP standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure SAP, run unit tests, and support end-to-end statutory audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Accountancy.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent).
• Min 2 years in a global organization; external auditor experience or SAP S4 familiarity preferred.
• Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with large teams.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA and financial systems is an added advantage.
• Experience in shared services handling compliance across regions such as Europe, Asia, Latin America is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support SAP S4 user acceptance testing and configuration efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP design and implementation.
• Manage monthly/quarterly filings with regulators and tax authorities.
• Drive IFRS/local GAAP and US GAAP compliance across the entity.
• Lead month-end/quarter-end close, forecasts and reconciliations.
• Advise stakeholders on complex accounting and regulatory changes.
• Support entity restructures or new entity setups and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, MnA, Procurement and HR on compliance.
• Participate in system/process simplifications and improvement projects.
• Lead global/local projects and ad-hoc tasks.
