Job summary

Paris Dynasty Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. You will handle full set accounts, management reporting and day-to-day financial operations, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and ability to work independently. This role offers a collaborative environment and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling or assisting with full set accounts.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables and payables
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties
• Support audit, tax and statutory compliance matters
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls and reporting efficiency
• Assist management with financial information for business planning and decision-making
• Take on additional finance responsibilities as the business continues to grow
