You will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accuracy of ledgers, and support reporting and compliance across the organisation. Responsibilities include reconciliations, AP/AR processing, payroll support, audit readiness, and maintaining orderly records. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (LCCI/ACCA) preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Record and classify financial transactions per policies.
• Support the audit process with documentation and responses.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Maintain organized financial records for audit.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure smooth operations.
