• 3–5 years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Proficient with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
• Hands-on experience with Australian taxation, including preparation and review across multiple tax categories.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of client deliverables and outcomes within an accounting practice.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge various categories of Australian tax work (individual, company, trust, partnership).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tax and accounting tasks.
• Utilize Xero and XPM for workflow management, compliance, and client servicing.
• Perform reconciliations, adjustments, and compliance tasks within the practice.
• Ensure accuracy and quality aligned with Australian accounting standards.
• Manage deadlines and client expectations, and coordinate workflow.
