MBA Heavy Duty Parts is seeking a finance professional to oversee daily finance and accounts operations in Malaysia. The role requires handling GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording, and compliance with MFRS and tax regulations.
You will liaise with bankers, auditors, and secretaries while managing payroll and statutory submissions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accountancy with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, and
Responsible for daily finance and accounts operation.
Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and Bank reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, MFRS, Tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date accounting records and documents.
Liaise with banker for bank guarantee issuance.
Maintain assets registrar and arrange assets tagging.
Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant, company secretary and banker.
Manage staff payroll processing such as calculating salaries, processing statutory contributions and ensuring prompt payment distribution.
Preparation and submission of CP204, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Form E.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
With at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferable in a manufacturing or LMW company environment
Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
