Job summary

Controlling and Finance in Malaysia seeks a qualified finance professional with a Degree in Accountancy (ACCA or equivalent) and 3–4 years in a Big 4 or multinational setting to drive financial reporting and compliance. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, KNIME or UiPath is advantageous.

Job description

Education & Qualification:

Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA), with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or multinational corporation, with exposure to financial reporting, month-end closing activities, audits, and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills:

Strong interest in digital tools and systems, with proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, KNIME, UiPath, or similar automation tools would be advantageous.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment.

Collaboration & Communication:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a multinational environment.
