Job summary

Micro-Mechanics Technology Sdn Bhd (182707-X) seeks an experienced Finance & Admin leader to oversee accounting, finance, and administration, with emphasis on documented systems and staff training.

Role includes liaising with auditors and tax agents, managing cash and credit terms, and maintaining controls aligned with group reporting standards. Strong communication and travel willingness required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP; MS Office 365; Power Query/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manages the company's finance and administrative functions with emphasis on organisation, documented systems and policies and staff training. Leads and manages Finance & Admin personnel.

Job Description

Accounting

Reviews monthly financial accounting and management reports and provides required information to management and head office on a timely basis.

Liaises with auditors, secretary and tax agent on financial and tax reporting requirements including Transfer Pricing

Reviews, implements and documents accounting systems, procedures and controls to align with group's reporting standards.

Finance

Manages cash, collections and credit terms.

Liaises with bankers on required services and financing.

Analyses company performance and highlight problems or improvement areas.

Training and Development

Supervises and trains subordinates.

Administration

Supervises the general administration function including human resources management and MIS of the company.

Personnel

Complies, implements, enforces and maintain all company policies - ISO, Environment, Health & Safety, Labour & Ethics, Company Handbook.

Reports and takes necessary actions on any non-conformance to the policies.

Ad hoc assignment by F&A Manager & General Manager

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis or related discipline.

Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

Proficient and have working knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, Microsoft Office 365 suite of office productivity tools, Power Query or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, analytical, creative and innovative in thinking.

Self-motivated, results-oriented and multi-tasker are encouraged to apply.

Able to travel overseas periodically for work assignments is required.

Conversant in English and Chinese languages to deal with multilingual superiors, subordinates, customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
