Megaforce Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support monthly close processes, general ledger activities, accounts payable and receivable functions, and treasury duties.

You will prepare monthly reports, update journals, reconcile banks and assets, and assist in variance analysis and management reporting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly reports and closing journals.
• Maintain accounts receivable aging and follow up long overdue receivables.
• Handle payments and treasury matters with emphasis on cashflow management.
• Reconcile payment system, accounting system and bank daily.
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, inventory, other balance sheet items).
• Investigate reconciling items and prepare schedules to support period close balances.
• Assist in monthly variance analysis and in preparing monthly management and financial reports.
