Job summary

KOPERASI DAGANG EMAS MALAYSIA BERHAD is seeking a diligent Accounts position in Malaysia to handle staff reimbursements, utilities, and fixed expenses across Pajak Gadai branches. You will prepare vouchers, ensure timely payments, and process bank transactions for approval.

You will also generate monthly loan-based reports and assist with management accounts for subsidiaries, with fluency in Chinese required for effective coordination with our teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff reimbursement payments for all Pajak Gadai branches.
• Manage monthly utility payments by tracking billing cycles and processing vouchers.
• Oversee payments for fixed expenses (rental, HP loans, allowances) and submit bank transactions for approval.
• Prepare monthly loan-based reports for Pajak Gadai branches on the 1st of every month.
• Assist in preparing management accounts for several subsidiaries when necessary.

• Manage monthly utility payments for all Pajak Gadai branches by tracking billing cycles, ensuring timely settlement before due dates, preparing payment vouchers in the Master Accounting Software, and processing transactions in the MBB bank portal for approval.
• Oversee payments for monthly fixed expenses - such as rental, HP loans, allowances, and other related costs - for Pajak Gadai branches by monitoring due dates, preparing payment vouchers in the Master Accounting Software, and submitting payment transactions in the MBB bank portal for approval.
• Prepare monthly loan-based reports for Pajak Gadai branches on the 1st of every month.
• Assist in preparing management accounts for several assigned subsidiaries when necessary.
• Fluency in Chinese is required for this position.
