Job summary

Qualifications

Manage accounts : Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance

Process financial transactions : Efficiently process invoices, payments and payroll, maintaining smooth financial operations

Liaise with stakeholders : Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and auditors regarding financial documentation

Assist with tax and compliance : Support tax computations (GST/SST), audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations

Who are they looking for?

Education background : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles

Relevant experience : At least 5-10 years of accounting experience, though candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if they possess the right skills and attitude

Software proficiency : Competent in using SQL Accounting and Microsoft Word/Excel, essential for efficient work processes

Language skills : Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is particularly important as you'll be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
